Brief Bio:

As a search analyst and consultant, Jean focuses on improving customer web findability for products developed by content producers and content technology companies, providing strategies for digital products, new markets and channels of distribution. She brings a background in search engine technologies and managing IT to the real world of implementation. She speaks at information industry conferences, and is widely quoted in leading business publications. Jean's experience extends over fifteen years in the online information industry, with eleven years at Dialog managing database products. Jean also teaches Online Searching for San Jose State University graduate School of Library and information Science. She has an MBA from Santa Clara University, an MA in anthropology from the University of Wyoming, and a BA in mathematics.
